Using our community
Use the website and community lawfully. Do not harass others, impersonate staff, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with services, or disclose another person’s private information. Follow the server rules published through our official community channels. Creating a character does not authorize harmful conduct toward real people.
You must meet the age and account requirements of the game, FiveM/Cfx.re, Discord, and any other service you use. If parental or guardian authorization is legally required, obtain it before participating or purchasing.
Access, moderation & availability
Server access depends on technical availability, account eligibility, and compliance with community rules. Staff may moderate or restrict access to address rule violations or security concerns. Contact us to request a review. Features, events, and access may change; we do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent access. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and rights attached to a paid entitlement.
Optional payments through Tebex
When optional digital purchases are offered, payments use Tebex Checkout and its payment providers. Tebex acts as the merchant of record for transactions completed through its checkout; it is more than a payment gateway. The applicable seller, prices, taxes, currency, payment methods, recurring charges, and purchase terms are shown at checkout.
Our integration uses the Tebex Headless API to retrieve offerings and manage baskets and account associations, and server-side Tebex APIs to retrieve transaction information. Tebex.js may open an embedded checkout on payment pages. Never send payment card details to our staff or through Discord.
Read the Tebex purchase terms and the terms displayed for your region before paying. Paying does not exempt you from community rules.
Delivery, refunds & subscriptions
Check the specific description, eligibility, delivery method, and duration of any digital entitlement before purchasing. Contact New Stories RP for server-side access or fulfillment issues. For billing, refund, cancellation, or transaction disputes, use Tebex Checkout support and retain your receipt or transaction reference.
Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined by the terms accepted at checkout and applicable consumer law. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule, remove mandatory remedies, or automatically waive withdrawal rights. If a subscription is offered, review its renewal and cancellation terms before subscribing.
Content, third parties & rights
Respect the intellectual property of New Stories RP, other players, and third-party owners. Do not reuse materials without the rights or permission needed. New Stories RP is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Applicable law, changes & contact
These terms are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to the service and to you. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, prevents contacting a regulator, or imposes mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
