This notice concerns the website and its integrations; third-party platforms and the game server may handle additional information under their own notices.
Information handled & purposes
The website receives technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information to deliver pages and support security. Hosting infrastructure may record this information. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond and manage your request.
If you use a payment or account feature, the integration handles basket identifiers, your associated Cfx.re username, selected items, and transaction information returned by Tebex. This supports account association, checkout, purchase history, fulfillment, and support. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
Grounds for processing
Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, processing needed for a sign-in, basket, purchase or support service you request is based on providing that service or taking steps at your request. Proportionate security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights and safeguards. Required statutory records rely on legal obligations. Optional external media relies on your permission, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings without losing ordinary browsing or requested account functions.
Tebex payments & APIs
Tebex and its payment providers handle payment details in their checkout. Our website does not provide a payment-card collection form. The Headless API manages baskets and associated account information; authenticated server-side API requests retrieve transaction data needed for support and purchase features. These requests may involve identifiers, purchase details, prices, and payment status.
Tebex handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Its purposes include processing transactions, security, and legal obligations. Contact Tebex directly for information or requests concerning records it controls.
Providers, media & data minimization
Fonts, styles and icons are served from this website. Google Fonts, the Tailwind CDN and unpkg are not contacted to render pages. Public server and Discord counts are retrieved by our server, and the browser may load server/community images from Cfx.re or Discord image providers and flags from FlagCDN. Product images may load from the image hosts supplied by Tebex. These requests disclose technical connection information to those providers. We apply a referrer policy and do not publish individual Discord widget member names or avatars.
Optional YouTube players are blocked before you permit external media. If permitted, the player uses youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube may process connection and playback information under its own policies. You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer; the website removes loaded players. We cannot delete records already held by an external provider. Following links to Discord, Cfx.re or another site connects you to that provider.
There are no site analytics or advertising trackers. Browser basket/account identifiers support services you request, are subject to a 30-day maximum browser lifetime, and can be cleared through the Cookie Policy controls. See the Cookie Policy for the actual storage inventory.
Retention, protection & international processing
The cookie preference expires after 180 days. Basket and account browser identifiers are cleared on expiry after at most 30 days, on sign-out, or when you use the clear-basket control. Expired identifiers are removed when the website next accesses them. Unversioned identifiers from older releases require a new sign-in. Purchase-history identifiers are sent in a POST body rather than a URL, and the history endpoint returns no-store headers. Support messages and operational records are kept only as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Provider records follow the provider’s retention policies.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We limit access to information needed to operate the service and handle support. No system can promise absolute security. Do not share a device or browser profile containing an active account or checkout session with untrusted users.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can clear browser storage, manage cookies in your browser, and choose not to use optional payment services. Contact notmurda24@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. We may need proportionate information to verify your request; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. New processing purposes or optional tracking tools will require an updated notice and any choice or consent required by law.
