Cookies & local storage
Cookies are browser records that can be sent with requests. Local storage is saved in your browser for a particular website and does not automatically expire. Both can support website features. The preference record below is an essential first-party cookie; payment identifiers use local storage. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed. Optional YouTube media is blocked until you allow it.
What this website stores
| Key | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
ns_cookie_consent | Essential cookie recording your external-media preference, policy version, and date. Uses SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. | 180 days, or until you clear the cookie. |
tebex_basket_ident | Keeps your basket available when you use a payment feature. | At most 30 days; earlier on sign-out, invalid session, payment completion or manual clearing. |
cfx_username | Remembers the Cfx.re account associated with the basket. | At most 30 days; earlier on sign-out, loss of the account association or manual clearing. |
ns_commerce_expires | Enforces the expiry of essential basket/account local storage. | 30 days from creation, checked on access. |
Older versions may have left ns_privacy_notice, dk_lang, dk_music_track, or dk_music_volume in your browser. The public website no longer needs these preferences; they are removed automatically when the current website runs.
Tebex & other services
Tebex checkout can use its own cookies or storage for checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, and any other purposes described in its notices. Those records are controlled by Tebex and relevant payment providers, rather than this website. Review the notices and choices presented by the checkout, the Tebex Privacy Policy, and its Cookie Policy.
Fonts, styles and icons are served locally. Loading product or community images still involves technical network requests. Discord and Cfx.re may apply their own policies when you use their services.
Your controls
Use “Reject optional”, “Save choices” or “Accept all” in the cookie panel. External media is off by default. You can enable YouTube separately while essential storage remains active for requested functions. The essential preference cookie remembers the selection for 180 days. Policy-version changes and expired choices require a fresh selection.
“Cookie settings” in every footer reopens the controls. Rejecting optional media removes loaded YouTube players and prevents their loading on future pages. It does not block browsing, sign-in, or purchases you request. Third-party cookies and data already held by providers cannot be deleted by this site; use the provider controls and your browser settings. No choice here authorizes future analytics or advertising integrations.
“Clear basket and sign out” removes this site’s basket/account local storage and reloads the page. It does not delete completed purchases or terminate sessions on Cfx.re or Tebex. Where browser storage is blocked, requested basket functions may work only for the current page. Checkout is loaded only after you request payment; its own cookie and privacy choices are managed by Tebex.
